All this decision really means if you think your ISP is cheating you out of


bandwidth, you file your complaint with the FTC instead of the FCC.

This is how it was before the 2015 decision to give oversight to the FCC. Uninformed people think it was good think. Instead, it has stifled startups and small players because investors are weary that the FCC might exert control, which would ruin an investment.
